DANI
Tell us about you! I am a proud mumma of 1 and I love teaching and connecting with different bodies. I keep an active lifestyle and have a strong passion for all movement, pilates and wellness. I am certified through Polestar Pilates rehabilitation studio equipment and mat.
What got you into Pilates? Post hip surgery and over working my body got me into Pilates! After 20+ yrs of playing waterpolo, I didn’t have the most positive sense of balance, health and wellbeing. When I stopped playing due to hip pain, I finally gave myself the time to connect into my body and started Pilates classes. I fell in love with Pilates, finding a much more positive and healthier way of exercising.
What do you love the most about Pilates? I love how strong Pilates makes you feel. I also love that deep Pilates burn you get when working those tiny muscles you never knew you had!
What is your teaching style? A mix between fun and functional! Functional movement being alignment, postural, core strengthen, with some dynamic fun exercises to get the heart rate up and the blood flowing.
What do you love to do in your spare time? I love being at the beach, ocean swims, coffee, walks and being with friends!

SOPHIE
TeIl us a bit about you! I grew up in sunny QLD and like to think that’s where my laid back, go with the flow nature came from. I’m now a mum to two, very spirited, young boys who definitely test my go with the flow nature on the daily!
What got you into Pilates? I’ve always been a lover of movement and probably a bit of an endorphin addict if I’m honest. When I was younger, it was all about high intensity, high sweat, no rest days, until I injured myself. My physio sent me to Pilates and I’ve never looked back, or felt stronger!
What do you love the most about Pilates? I love how connected, grounded & in-tune with your mind, body & soul you feel. It really is such a nourishing form of movement. In terms of teaching, I love the sense of community and connecting with people on a deep level. Class is often the best part of someone’s day & the potential for that lasting impact is never lost on me!
What is your teaching style? Strong, layered flows with dynamic bursts! You will absolutely always work upper body, back and arms in my classes.
What you love to do in your spare time? Give me a spare hour or two and I’m in the kitchen cooking to my hearts content!

What got you into Pilates? While on a break from HIIT training, I tried my first reformer class. However, it took a few more years to truly listen to my body for less stress-inducing exercise. Having dabbled in yoga for years, I finally discovered my passion in the form of mat Pilates and have made it the foundational core of my fitness regime ever since.
What do you love most about pilates? I love that you can get such a killer work out on just a mat, whilst mastering correct movement patterns and targeting all muscles. It welcomes people from all exercise backgrounds, teaching mind-body connection and keeps you both engaged and challenged with an endless range of exercises.
What do you love to do in your spare time? I enjoy beach days with a good book, evening binging Netflix and dedicating time to exercise, ensuring a balanced lifestyle. Catching up with friends and family on the weekends fills my cup, I love to share laughs and make lasting memories.
What is your teaching style? A foundational strength based approach with infusing fun and dynamic flows. I love good squat & lunge series & encourage everyone to listen to their bodies, rest when needed and move intuitively.
